Introduction:
LK-E113 is a high-performance epoxy-modified silicone resin designed for challenging industrial applications. It offers excellent heat resistance, UV stability, and chemical durability.
Available in two systems:
• Single-pack – Cures at 180°C for 30 minutes, ideal for high-temperature coatings.
• Two-pack – Air-drying system when used with an amine curing agent, suitable for ambient curing applications.
For best results, use with LK-SILYN AP32, though standard epoxy curing agents are also compatible.
LK-E113 provides strong adhesion, excellent weather resistance, and enhanced mechanical strength. It performs reliably under harsh environmental conditions, including thermal stress and chemical exposure.
Recommended for use in automotive, aerospace, electronics, and industrial coatings.

Heat resistant coatings:

Used as a binder in heat resistant paint formulations (15–30%) for black and metallic coatings, providing resistance to heat up to 450°C with excellent UV resistance property.
Metal coatings:
Used as a binder for colored pigments in coatings, it provides long-lasting protection against harsh environmental conditions, preventing degradation from sunlight, chemicals, and moisture.

Clear Coat:

Used as a clear coat, it forms a protective, transparent layer that enhances surface durability while maintaining the original appearance. It ensures gloss retention and long-lasting protection in harsh environments.
