Empowering Education: Transforming Lives at Dyandeep Vidyalaya, Nigdi

We are proud to announce the successful completion of a transformative CSR initiative at Dyandeep Vidyalaya, Nigdi, accomplished through the combined efforts of ELKAY CSR, Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud, and our dedicated team. This project, with a total investment of Rs. 19 Lakhs, aims to enhance the educational experience and overall well-being of the students.

Here's a glimpse of the impactful contributions:

Educational Enhancement:

  • Installation of 12 computers equipped with Rotary distance education Marathi Software, providing students with access to modern learning tools.
  • Provision of audio broadcasting systems in all classrooms, fostering effective communication and learning.

Health and Hygiene Improvements:

  • Implementation of a comprehensive water purification system with drinking water lines on every floor, ensuring clean and safe drinking water for all students.

Infrastructure Upgrades:

  • Provision of 200 benches for 1st standard students, along with blackboards installed in six classrooms, to create a conducive learning environment.
  • Installation of terrace green carpeting and fencing on all sides, prioritizing the safety and security of the children.

Beneficiaries:

This initiative directly benefits 1300 school children from the surrounding neighborhood, who come from working-class families. By improving access to quality education, promoting health and hygiene, and ensuring a safe learning environment, we are empowering the next generation to reach their full potential.
