Sulfur pelletisation – In sulfur processing, LK-7318 acts as a powerful anti-adhesion agent, preventing molten sulfur from sticking to equipment surfaces. This ensures smoother pellet formation, reduces downtime for cleaning, and improves overall operational safety and productivity. Useful for Bath system.

Application:
Crude Oil – Water Separation:
LK-7318 serves as a powerful silicone-based de-emulsifier for oilfield operations. It accelerates the removal of water from hydrocarbon products, functioning effectively either standalone or mixed with other de-emulsifiers.

Sulfur Pelletisation:

- In refineries, sulfur pelletisation converts molten sulfur into solid pellets for safer handling and storage. LK-7318 improves this process by: Preventing molten sulfur from sticking to conveyor belts, drums, or other processing surfaces
- Improving safety by minimizing acid formation and corrosion
- Enhancing pellet quality and reducing equipment cleaning downtime
- Recommeded dosage : Prepare a 2.5–3% solution in distilled water (pH 6–7) in bath system
