The different visual and tactile characteristics of natural and artificial stone or tiles make them especially attractive as building materials.They are, nevertheless, particularly prone to weathering and discoloration. Consequently, in order to preserve their beauty throughout time, they require strong protection. LK-E50 STAIN REPELLENT is the ready to use aqueous solution based on aminoalkyl speciality silicone technology, Exploiting capillary action to penetrate into the pores. 

LK-E50 is deposited on the pore wall, this siliconized pores inhibit any further capillary effect without imparting water vapour permeability.This can enhance the water, stain resistant and wet look.
Better stain resistance against common household stains like ink, tea, coffee, wine, turmeric, and marker is provided by this product for vitrified tile.

Applications:

Stain resistant coatings for vitrified tiles

Applying LK-E50, a ready-to-use solution, can be done by a cloth, sponge, brush, or spray, according on the surface porosity. Typically, one or more layers are applied as-is (without diluting) to achieve optimal performance.

Terracotta tile represent the porous or absorbent substrate ( application test in our lab)

Treatment with brush

30 min later:  Removal of excess

60 min later: Application of common household stains

After 120 min later  : Removal of all stain

Vitrified tile represents a low- porosity or Dense substrate ( application test in our lab)

Water proof and colour enhancing coating for masonry substrate

Use exclusively on porous or semi-porous substrates.
For direct coatings, dilute 1:1 with water; a lower dilution may not always deliver better results.
Cure it at room temperature (25–30°C) for at least 48 hours.
