Epoxy Modified Silicone Resin
LK-E82A is a high-performance epoxy-modified silicone resin designed for demanding industrial applications, offering exceptional heat resistance, UV stability, and solvent resistance. This epoxy resin is available in two curing systems. The single-pack system cures at 180 °C for 30 minutes, suitable for heat-cured applications. The two-pack system cures at ambient temperature when mixed with an amine hardener, enabling air drying without heat.
LK-E82A offers excellent adhesion, weatherability, and mechanical strength for durable protective coatings. Its heat, solvent, and chemical resistance ensure long-term performance in demanding applications such as automotive, aerospace, electronics and industrial coatings.
