LK-EM 4001 H is a high-performance silicone-in-water emulsion designed to tackle everyday challenges in mould release and surface care.It provides smooth, effortless release, excellent lubricity, brilliant surface shine and durable protective coverage, all in one versatile aqueous silicone solution.

Ideal for rubber, footwear, latex, textile, leather and furniture applications, LK-EM 4001 H helps improve processing efficiency while delivering a cleaner, smoother and more attractive surface finish.

LK-EM 4001 H forms a thin, uniform silicone film between the substrate/compound and mould surface, helping facilitate release while reducing the tendency for smoking, carbonization and mould/die buildup.

FOOTWEAR                                                                                                                Can be used as mould release in applications involving rubber and footwear components.                                                                                                      Applications include Rubber soles, Shoe soles, Footwear components.

 

LATEX & GLOVES, BALLOONS                                                                                    Used for latex processing and release applications.                                      Applications include Latex products, Balloons as release agents.

 

LEATHER & RUBBER POLISHES                                                                              Provides surface treatment for applications where gloss and protection are desired.                                                                                                        Applications include Leather polish, Rubber polish,Tyre polish, Artificial leather care.

 

FURNITURE & SURFACE POLISHES                                                                            The LK-EM 4001 H can be incorporated into polish formulations to provide surface shine and a protective silicone film.
