World Environment Day Celebration at Lote Factory: A Tribute to Nature
On June 5, 2024, the Lote factory proudly celebrated World Environment Day with a meaningful and impactful event. In line with the global theme of environmental preservation, the factory community came together to plant 55 native plants, reinforcing our commitment to fostering local wild life and biodiversity.

The highlight of the event was the presence of Mr. Narvekar, a dedicated nature lover and environmentalist, who was invited to share his insights and experiences. Mr. Narvekar has made remarkable contributions to environmental conservation, transforming 13 acres of his land in Pachad, near Guhaghar, into a thriving forest. His tireless efforts have turned this once-barren land into a sanctuary for biodiversity, attracting 90 different species of birds.
At the Lote factory, we plant to do similar, by creating a bio diverse pond surrounded by native plants on our manufacturing grounds. We hope to revive the flora and fauna of the area in our own small way.
The event at Lote factory was more than just a tree-planting ceremony; it was a celebration of the symbiotic relationship between humans and nature. It served as a reminder of our responsibility to protect and nurture the environment for future generations. The newly planted native plants symbolize growth, renewal, and the promise of a greener tomorrow.
